Our Team
Horizon Compliance Group Inc. was founded in October 2021 by Cody Halleran and Hillary Yeung. Having worked closely together for close to a decade, they discovered a growing need for all-inclusive environmental compliance support. Within this niche market, they have a combined 25 years of experience.
